CaseWare 2009

 

JAZZ-it! will be moving up to CaseWare 2009 on October 1, 2009. Our technical support and sales will support both CaseWare 2008 and 2009 until that date. After October 1, 2009, any support files requiring updates from us to correct an issue must be in CaseWare 2009 format. We have completed preliminary testing with JAZZ-it! in CaseWare 2009 (CW2009) and have not discovered any issues. If you are moving up from CaseWare 2008, please backup your master files and resource centre(s) before converting them into the CW2009 format.

 

It is important to load your KLIB/FRMLIB in CW2009 and convert these resource centres as well as your master files to ensure updates pull properly from the resource centre to the master/client files.

 

Should you encounter any issues with JAZZ-it! and CaseWare 2009, please report them to support@jazz-it.ca and we will investigate them further.

 

Please confirm you are running the most current version of CaseWare 2009. You can download the most current version from CaseWare's website. To check which version you are currently using, click on help / About CaseWare Working Papers.
